H. sitnikovae sp. n. is characterized by its medium length and medium thick body (L=946-1439 µm, a=21-35), absence of crystalloid bodies and somatic setae, comparatively short outer labial setae (6-7 µm), amphidial fovea located comparatively near to anterior body, presence of postvulval gland cell and long spicules (45-50 µm).
