The marine free-living nematodes Thoonchus giganticus sp. n. (subfamily Thoonchinae) and polygastrophora parahexabulba sp.n. (subfamily Enchelidiinae) are described from the sublittoral of Tatar Strait. The diagnosis and identification key to the species of the genus Polygastrophora are given.
