World Database of Nematodes

This week focuses on morphology, taxonomy and diversity of marine nematodes. Nic Smol, Ann Vanreusel, Wim Bert and Tania Nara Bezerra teach this part of the course and are very pleased to have a group of very enthusiastic students. On Monday the group went for sampling at Paulina Polder – Nederland and in the afternoon they extracted the nematodes from their samples.
After some theory they are ready to work on the material sampled and also their own slides.
